  5. DH DRIVER CLEANER PROFESSIONAL EDITION END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  7. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:
  8. This Driver Cleaner Professional Edition End-User License Agreement ("EULA")
  9. is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
  10. the Author for the SOFTWARE(s) identified above, which includes any associated
  11. SOFTWARE components, any media, any printed materials and any "online" or
  12. electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise
  13. using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do
  14. not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.

  16. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
  17. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  18. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  19. copies of the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

  21. 2. DISTRIBUTION.
  22. You are not allowed to Re-distribute the SOFTWARE or any part by any means
  23. (E-mail, CD-ROM, Web-site, etc.) unless given written permission by the Author.

  25. If you got permission to Re-distribute the SOFTWARE; give exact copies of the
  26. original SOFTWARE to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE in its unmodified form
  27. via electronic means (E-mail, CD-ROM, Web-site, etc.). Your distribution of the
  28. SOFTWARE will not entitle you to any compensation from the Author. You must
  29. distribute a copy of this EULA with any copy of the SOFTWARE and anyone to whom
  30. you distribute the SOFTWARE is subject to this EULA.

  32. 3. RESTRICTIONS.
  33. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  34. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE,
  35. except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted
  36. by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  38. 4. SEPERATION OF COMPONENTS.
  39. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may
  40. not be separated for use on more than one computer.

  42. 5. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this
  43. Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  44. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the
  45. SOFTWARE and all of its component parts.

  47. 6. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international
  48. treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in
  49. the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full
  50. ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of the
  51. Author and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly
  52. set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain
  53. the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

  55. 7. MISCELLANEOUS. Should you have any questions concerning this EULA, or if you
  56. desire to contact the Author for any reason, please contact by electronic mail

  59. LIMITED WARRANTY 
  60.  
  61. NO WARRANTIES.
  62. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  63. the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is
  64. provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or
  65. implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties
  66. or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
  67. noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance
  68. of the SOFTWARE remains with you.
  69.  
  70. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  71. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  72. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  73. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  74. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  75. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  76. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  77. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  78. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  79. the above limitation may not apply to you.
